The next TnT will likely include faster memory, so they will see additional speedup. The TnT's failure to meet claims was only partially due to the reduced clock speed. The original claims assumed 200MHz memory, which isn't available and isn't likely to be available in 6 months either. (At least not at affordable prices.) They might be able to ship 133MHz memory with the TnT+.
