Charles: Hope you had a great weekend. Went to German Festival in Columbus, Ohio and spent sometime reading up on the latest telecommunication magazines. Its a fact that FNet doesn't have a exclusive collocation agreement with WCOM. UUNet, PSINet and a host of others are all linked throughout the globe, and I doubt if Franklin has rights to every POP in every country without some kind of secondary agreement with WCOM's subsidiaries just a thought Temp' I am now receiving the X-Change magazine, along with its partners soundingboard and phone+. Soundingboard this month has a couple of great articles by Fred Dawson.
