Gator, how did you confirm the fact the Yahoo has canned the thread? Re: the audited financials, there is no way in hell that this co. can wait a year to file with SEC and to publish audited financials. The SEC filing should be coming very soon as per the company. Seems no one is biting on that low bid price at the moment.
