Taking a bite out of Asensio's flank
NY lawyer with expertise in this area will work on the suit against
Asensio on a contingency basis.

Had a brief conversation with one of my brokers who flew out Thursday.
He had a 1:1 with Walt Ware, had drinks with the "other guarantor" of that million
bridge loan which was described as an unanticipated cash crunch
hah :(
also spoke with board member Dr. Durairaj and attended the AGM.
had to leave before the Q&A period.

despite the generally poor preparation to entertain analysts and inadequate seating for the AGM, my guy senses that something is cooking. Genuine luminaries in the field, most notably Ware, Hofbrauer, & Woolenweber are not on board to participate in a "pump&dump".

Re: Singleton, the situation was described as a cultural misfit and that Singleton
and Ware were at odds. There were also personal reasons, which need not be mentioned here, that explained Ware's absence for a time last spring. Someone had to go...it was Singleton.

Incorporation of Turbodyne technology in new diesel truck engines eliminates the need for other components some of which are expensive.
More details to follow.

Asensio claims "no valuable technology". He's wrong.
