Jay, that is what got Nixon out of office. He thought he was higher than the Attorney General and the law.
If Starr is your hero, you must read the Star and the Globe and believe all that is in there. He is a political operative,nothing more,nothing less.
And the Hitler Stalin reference is a good one to use. You have got to read Manufacturing Consent by Noam Chomsky. Ia a democratic society consent is manufaactured by propaganda. What did Stalin or Hitler need propaganda for,they eliminated all dissenting views. Have you read about the newspaper writings about Hitler as far back as the twenties? I forgot the name of the link, but he ended up killing all those reporters,and they were the bravest protestors of Hitler way back,almost 20 years before his Third Reich. Someone help me out with the post to that newspaper.
