Mr. Jahid, Lets make the Wellrich story very clear, first off, What is your current relationship with Mr. Shurr? Was Mr. Shurr an employee of Wellrich from 2/97 to 5/97? Was Mr. Shurr dealing securities for Wellrich? After Mr. Shurr left Wellrich, was Wellrich able to legally act as a brokerage? Who provided Wellrich their lead lists? Where is the Sept. 10th judgement that Ms. Shell & Mr. Mitchell suggests, on your behalf it appears, exists? Was their a binding contract with AZNT after 5/97? Answer these questions and we can move on to discovering the truth between Wellrich ans AZNT. BTW, you don't seem to be concerned about the hype and speculation that Mr. Mitchell and Ms. Shell have spread about AZNT on your behalf? Why doesn't that concern you? Why have you chosen SI as a forum for "litigating" this as opposed to a court of law? RB
