Ron: These are difficult times for investors. Often a share price decline signals something wrong that individual investors won't know for weeks. On the other hand, often the market over-reacts to geographic information without looking at specific situations. It was very difficult to determine that with Deswell. I do believe the company still does have an inventory problem that we have not seen the full impact of. I do not know what % of Business VTech is, but the company cannot be making margins by selling 900 mgz phones for $39. Next shoe? Now that cash on the balance sheet will provide time to shift customers and possibly product mix. jmt
