MD, Colorado is one of the States participating in settlement negotiations. They think the settlement is almost done and expect it to be finalized at the next meeting. This is it! We break $45! I covered all my shorts this morning. I think the Market ( with Defensive Issues leading the way ) rallies strongly ( this week and the early part of next week ) to the 200 day moving average before the next big leg down. Isn't MO's chart a spectacular Bullish W formation? The time is NOW! GO BIG MO!
