Don't underestimate the importance of the release this am re. the legal victory. I can't speak for the specifics of this instance, but I used to own a business where gov. contract bids were a big deal. In essence, WCII's name was added to the list of qualified bidders, and bidding could become segmental. This would allow WCII to bid areas of contracts where they are already positioned instead of the entire contract. We know WCII can offer select area services at prices others cannot compete against, and these are long contract periods. WCII's profits should increase with time and tech. while other conventional bidders would not be allowed to bid at no profit to eliminate the competition (too much contract time ). Just getting your name on the list of qualified bidders is sometime prohibitive.
