divvie, Rudedog has close relations with CPQ, so he is bias. That said, the man knows his stuff and should be bookmarked, much to be learn from him since the enterprise is the next big money maker and battle gRound for PC companies. Lets hope DELL doesn't turn into a traditional computer company like the IBMs of the world or an IBM wantabe CPQ, and stays nimble.... GREG
