Tracker announced today via an 8-K filing with the SEC that it hired new auditors last month: ---- On August 18, 1998, the company retained Hirsch, Silbertein & Subelsky, P.C. as the Company's certifying accountant to audit its financial statements at, and for the year ended, March 31, 1998. ---- I'm told that after the audit is completed, TRKR will start filing financials with the SEC again. Until then, it is good to see that TRKR still bothers to file 8-K's, as I don't think they really have to. This shows that TRKR is serious about becoming fully reporting again. Jeff
