Ken, I believe that most of us agree that there are numerous market risks that may have a negative impact on Dell, despite its stellar performance, excellent management, ever improving business model and new product lines. That said, I also believe that investing in Dell has a much higher reward vs.risk to offset this possibility in the next several years. Most Dell bulls can appreciate a thoughtful, anecdotal method of expressing a concern as you have done. In LT's case, its not necessarily WHAT he says, but rather HOW he states his position, usually in the most obnoxious fashion possible and without backup of any substance. He has been pulling his "chicken little" act on Dell for so long now, most Dell bulls have written him off as being little more than a gadfly.
