I have had the opportunity to research this company. After
coming public in December of 1995, they disappointed the
street in Q196. Restructuring charges followed and all
credibility was lost.

It apears that the chairman has righted the ship and the
process of reestablishing credibility on the street is
occurring. They will be either breakeven or slighly
profitable in Q4 which should bring people back into the story.

With the restructuring behind them, a significant backlog, and
a valuation at .34x revenue, this company is poised to move up
considerably in 1997 once the perception on the street has changed.

With strong software applications focused in healthcare and
transportations and logistics as well as new applications that hone in
on the predictive dialing market throughout Europe, this could emerge as
a very hot story in the next several months.

A revaluation back to 1x revenue of US$200m would yield a price of
$8 per share.
