Mr. Mitchell,
The letter is an internal letter and meaningless. What you should concern yourself with is why your source has admitted that the arbitration hearing and judgement contentions were fabricated. He also will not echo, or support, these contentions. He forwarded you those materials knowing they were meaningless. He is a shill, and he left you holding the bag.
