Mark, As an owner of a small number of ICMT shares I couldn't agree with you more on the reason for the premium <g>. This is a good deal for QWST. Well done. Combine ICMT's technical competence with LCI sales channel, ops expertise, and new National Accts sales force and you've got something with a lot of meat. This is a far cry from hearing about deals like Supernet. Phil
