from track records, csco never steals and came in at low prices; csco has class and imo, they'll make the engs happy; always pay top $; at least twice the current price; last time to say this, imo, and from historical acquisitions, fair price for ciena at this revenue level is 40$; saying prices of 15$ without any backing of anything has no merit at all
