DOWNMO is increasing in strength, last reading at 1.1 and UPMO still in the .4-.5 range.

In other words, the down momentum is increasing in strength and for the time being is strong. One big sell program and the DOW could lose half its gains. And on the other hand, of course, the tick could move up.
