I will ABSOLUTELY NOT make any representation that would be regarded as negating any aspect of any exclusivity arrangement which favored AZNT. Further, with the picking of the nits that transpires on this thread, I do not feel I have any further necessity of even acknowledging those who have purpetrated outright misrepresentation upon all of us who own this stock, much less doing their DD for them.
Further, I have made no evasions concerning this entire matter ... very differently from all of the hype posted concerning the great arbitration hearing and judgement that has now been shown to probably be nothing short of an outright fabrication by those aligned with Jihad, or one that was carried and presented as truth (when it absolutely was without merit) by those who had been duped by whomever instigated this cluster-flop.
