I will ABSOLUTELY NOT make any representation that would be regarded as negating any aspect of any exclusivity arrangement which favored AZNT.

In other words, you refuse to look at the license agreement objectively. Why couldn't you have told us that a few weeks ago and saved us a few keystrokes?
