And here it is....

investor.msn.com

CHANTILLY, Va., Sept. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- DIDAX INC. AMEN today announced the re-launch and re-branding of its award-winning Christian Web site as crosswalk.com. The new site features a streamlined design that will support quicker and easier user navigation, personalized content and service delivery, along with an expanded range of unique and proprietary content and features. The crosswalk.com site builds upon DIDAX's earlier site, Christian Community Network, which was named the "1997 Christian Web Site of the Year" by the online advocacy group, Best of the Christian Web.

Crosswalk.com will be supported by a national multimedia marketing push -- including radio, magazines, direct response, event sponsorships and online media -- beginning in October. Crosswalk.com also joins the ranks of top Internet publishing sites -- such as CBS Sportsline, CNET, iVillage, Excite, and Tripod -- with the application of Vignette's StoryServer 4.0 to support dynamic, personalized content and services plus accelerated site development.

"This move builds upon our award-winning foundation of online community and accelerates our drive towards becoming the host for Christians on the Internet," William Parker, CEO and president of DIDAX INC., said. "Today you'll see a new name, new site design and new URL. Over the next few weeks and months, though, we'll be adding significant new channels, services and business partnerships that tap into major priorities for Web users in general and the online Christian community in particular. We're here to stake out a leadership position on the Internet for Christians, to ensure that this vital and comprehensive medium is leveraged for Christians as we go about applying our values and beliefs to the breadth of our lives."

The online Christian community has been conservatively estimated at more than 10 million households and 30 million adults, based upon 1998 USA Today/Barna Research estimates of total adult Christians in the U.S. population and 1996 Simmons data showing the relative incidence of modems and online access in Christian households.

"We think crosswalk.com says it all," Parker added. "We're each on a walk, a personal journey, and this name encompasses the central theme of that journey for Christians. Importantly, it also drives home our business charter to make a safe pathway for those of us who are embracing this exciting -- but potentially dangerous -- new medium."
