Then please make note that I directly responded to his questions, not only did he not answer mine or Mr. Hogger's questions on the subject, he also posted that there was no arbitration hearing or judgement. He would not support Mr. Mitchell's or Ms. Shell's contentions. He left them hanging out to dry.
