Hilliary pointed out years ago that impeachment is about more than proving criminal acts. It is a political judgment about the FITNESS of the president to be President. The recitation of the lurid activity that took place in the oval office has two purposes.

1. It proves the boy lied.
2. It gives evidence of behavior so reckless, perverted, and immoral as to give a reasonable Congress Person reason to question Clinton's fitness for his high office.
