Hi Salah, great analysis! I have one question regarding outstanding... shares. In your analysis you show a constant of ~348M vs. ~330M in the MS scenario. As we all know the number of outstanding shares is a major factor in the dilution of earnings, where did the ~18M (less) shares go in the MS evaulation? Thanks, Joe...
