Ken,

Issues that give me pause are: just how exclusive are their distribution rights? If they peeve off someone (e.g. apparent shortcoming recently in the pivotal x-mas season in not adequate stocking of titles in a timely basis) can't their service be easily replaced by other suitors?
Certainly the hit-or-miss aspect of the business espec. w.r.t. the sw gaming titles seems like a savy point.
One could certainly make the point that there are less risky plays than GTIS (though I'm certainly following them).
