True, but if they dont "warn" and their losses really have DOUBLED like all the major
analysts say, they leave themselves open to shareholder lawsuits.. a lot of suckers bought
this pig above 140.. When they see it sitting at 40 in a couple weeks, they're going to
want to sue someone.

Management put every caveat possible in their 10Qs and 10Ks. Their method of accounting is a bit unusual but not illegal. I doubt they would lose on litigation. They warned of so many factors that could adversely affect the stock price. They were as upfront about that as possible. The analysts were the largest problem. I do not believe they can be held accountable.
