What about his previous forecast of 7400 as the floor?

"I'm not going to answer that question," Acampora said. "I'm trying to
make a case that maybe 7400 was the low. That would be perfect. But honestly, I don't have a number."

It doesn't sound like he issued the buy signal yet. Will he tell us the cyclical bear is over before or after the market gets above 8400, which is about where it was when he called bear?
