Unfortunately, you may not have the window of opportunity you had hoped. Zonagen is not before the FDA tomorrow. Zonagen is awaiting acceptance of its NDA for Vasomax by the FDA. The 60-day waiting period for comment (non-allowance) ends tomorrow. The allowance is a non-event (except if you had doubts that the NDA would be accepted) and supposedly triggers a milestone payment (although no one knows the exact payment amount).
