Hi Marty,

I had to call the company to become informed that the Shareholder's
meeting was/is delayed until late Oct.
Is this just another example of management "not giving a shit" about their individual investors?

There must be a required time period that the company must inform
shareholder's of any rescheduling of a shareholder's meeting?
Even the smallest corporation must, must inform shareholders immediately when a decision is made to delay a shareholder's meeting.

This is just another example of how things are managed over there.

I sure hope you are correct that, indeed, MRVC is a "viable" company.
How is an individual shareholder to know this to be true after the
lost confidence in management, visit the company to see if it is still
in business? I've done this and I can't tell if it is a viable company.

You seem alot more confident than me.
Have you personally had the ear of someone that has assured you to the extent that you are reasonably confident about things?

Please don't take this personally. I do not intend my blasts of sarcasm to be aimed at you.

I've been in contact with quite a few shareholders who have been seriously financially effected by recent events at MRVC.
