Note where it says that Meatchem will be an acting-CEO until that position is dissolved in the reorganization plan.

The position they refer to there is the SIM/ZULUmedia CEO. That was would have been dissolved when ZULUmedia was brought under the ZULU-Tek wing. Terry has been looking for officers of ZULU-Tek.
