Hi David:

Your bubbling comments on SEPR make it sound as though you have inside information and can't sit still for excitement.

If so, you are potentially in trouble.
If not, simply touting the stock does not work here.

On the SI threads, in my experience, comments such as yours are expected to be properly be backed up with some sort of reference or credibility check if they are to be taken as anything more than noise.
