What did you expect Chambers to say, in the midst of Asia - that there are no economic problems? Cisco's sales to Asia are only about 7% of the total revenues so even further declines would not affect them much (OK next we will be looking and worrying about Latin America!). Look on the bright side - if you can - he is obviously not worried about the competition.
