What holiday season are they talking about? I hope they are not talking about Christmas. That would be far too long. To say that the Sega settlement means a profitable quarter is pure bull. The only earnings that matter is the operating earnings. Unless they claim that the settlement is large enough to make a difference as an "asset" play (i.e ~50 Mil) which I find unlikely. I would have liked it much better if the settlement had made 3Dfx the sole supplier of graphics chips to Sega. I hate this. I was just about to place a trade on TDFX. Fortunately I've learned (after a lot of costs) to stick with my plans (which in this case meant not buying till after the earnings). And what does "design wins with top Tier 1 and Tier 2 PC OEMs" mean? One of each? What kind of volumes? :((
