George, i don't disagree with what is in it. However, i don't think it is nearly vehement enough. What we have here is (2) pieces of
slime (jr&sr) who have made themselves into wealthy individuals while
shareholders have been hit w/ losses exceeding 90% in some cases. If
I'm not mistaken, someone who owned 7,000 shares before the 2 reverse
splits now only owns 100 shares of a sub $2 stock.
I believe many other examples of idiotic fiduciary moves could be
cited such as: purchase of Maplinx, investment in guaranteed $ loser
ComputerCop, etc. BTW, CCopout decision was made just when the co
was nearing its "breakout" earnings quarters - a kick in the face to
all of us. Basically, how could jr earn $750k & sr earn $550k based
on the company's "performance"? No BOD acting in the best interests
of investors or coming close to reasonably meeting fiduciary responsibilities would allow such a travesty to occur.
