Marty, Sorry again, but the company admitted in the last conference call that they were cash flow negative. I reported it in my lengthy summary of the conference call but apparently no one read it. They said they expect to be cash flow neutral to slightly positive next quarter. In my files I found a very sketchy Statement of Operations dated Nov.4, 1996 which shows Fibronics acquisition costs: Purchased technology in progress $17,795,000 Restructuring costs 6,974,000 The earnings that quarter were a loss of $.67/share. Someone may have posted a more thorough report. It would be around post number 550-555 on this thread. I'm not trying to rain on your parade but we need to keep the facts straight. I wouldn't want anyone to get burned by this stock like I have been because they had incorrect information. I'm still long. Bob
