The Packwood incidents were a clear case of sexual harassment. But in the case of Paula Jones, even if Ms. Jones was propositioned, as is alleged, there is absolutely no reason to believe that there was any harassment involved, either at the time of the alleged incident or later. After the alleged incident, she got her promotions like anybody else, and her life was pretty much normal. Until the Republicans came along promising a nose job, that is! ;-)
