Good Evening Tim. I believe that the acquistion of Tradewave was for Cash and certain royalties and fees related to the marketing of Tradewaves products. Do you know how that deal applies here and how much of the $2M does CYBG actually realize from this sale? Also since the Galaxie Operation has been running at a loss, what reduction in loss per share are you predicting from the elimination of this drain? Thanks...
