When I talked to someone at KI in August they told me that they were awaiting final approval which would occur on or by September 30. The IPO was then supposed to take place within 30 days. Thus, I wasn't expecting the IPO until late October. I found out today that we may see a PR within three weeks. I suspect it will be in regards to the 10K. I also verified that the debt conversion has been completed.
Should be up up and away from here.
