Hi Stephen,

That's easy. The automatically flushing urinal has an electric eye that watches your every move. That's right. And when you walk away from the eye, it flushes. These eyes were installed by the IRS.

Be sure to watch for automatically flushing toilets. They will be all the rage in the coming months. I'm sorry I'm not permitted to tell you just where those eyes will be installed.
