Forest, it's filed with the SEC big as day. "Ernst & Young LLP resigned as auditors of Able Telcom Holding Corp. (the "Company") effective September 7, 1998. On September 2, 1998, prior to the resignation by Ernst & Young LLP, the Company sent out a request for proposal for the audit of the consolidated financial statements of the Company for the year ending October 31, 1998 to several national accounting firms, including Ernst & Young LLP.
