Once again we see a broken stock that cannot hold any kind of resistance level. Usually stocks that have good news coming (financing) and no life in the stock prior to the release has no life after the announcement. The company waited too long before reassuring the shareholders that everything is o.k. Investors need information to hold a stock in troubled times, when the company turns their back, the investors leave. The most impossible thing to do is get an investor back into a company that they sold.

Broken stock, broken story. Good news won't help NewCom, nor will the financing. Stocks with huge short positions rarely have an opportunity to come back and shine.

NewCom took advantage of their shareholders and now they do not care. Companies need to learn this lesson. Just like fine dining, if you treat your patron bad, they will not return. Keep your investor in the dark, they will also depart for good.
