Major Tom, Your point is well taken. I gave a very abbreviated picture of how I view the situation and I really didn't walk through the steps to show much of how I got there.

There are several variables to take into account when looking at ADOT shares vs Biomoda shares.

We might compare ADOT vs Biomoda shares...

1) Using ONLY the value to Biomoda

2) Adding the value of ADOT's developing operations

3) Excluding the "optional" Biomoda shares (Using ONLY 817,470 shares)

4) Including the "optional" Biomoda shares (Adding 248,950 MORE !)

5) What "value" do we give ADOT shares in view of the fact that they are free trading public shares, whereas, Biomoda shares have very little liquidity at this moment because Biomoda is not publicly traded.

6) Biomoda shares represent potential value ONLY if Biomoda is successful. ADOT shares represent potential value if EITHER one or BOTH Biomoda and ADOT are successful.

Each of these scenarios could result in a different valuation when comparing ADOT to Biomoda shares. So each investor needs to determine exactly what situation they choose to evaluate.

BTW, for reference, I believe...
- ADOT has around 13.2 million total shares outstanding.
- Biomoda has around 4.1 million total shares outstanding.
- Biomoda shares show an "auditor's valuation" of $1.50 as of 3-31-98.

Tom, you are right. I should have been more specific in how I see the situation I was presenting. Thanks for pointing it out. My intent is certainly NOT to mislead anyone.
