E, I really do appreciate the typing (me, myself pecking away with my forefingers) and the excerpt. It is a familiar, yet to my mind unconvincing, exposition of pure evolutionary theory. I too believe in evolution--though my mind has it picking up where Creation left off. I don't believe the two ( E and C) must be exclusive. If I get some time tomorrow, I'll post an excerpt from P.D.Ouspensky's "A New Model of the Universe" which specifically rebuts Wright's and the evolutionists' thesis. I think you'll find it stimulating even if you don't agree with him. Regards, Rick
