Excellent work, thanks for sharing. I was more into trying to force a special comapny meeting or election or something. I do not feel Novl is doing illegal stuff. I feel they are doing the wrong stuff. I would only try to use the rules of what rights we have as shareholders and nothing more. Is this idea more to your mindset? Ken
