Hi Tom and everyone else!
Tom this sounds as if you have had a great trip. I hope it was a fruitful one too. I wish I had known you ere in Boston. I would have loved to have gotten together with you.
I have been talking with some people who have been in the oil business for years and in several different capacities.
They have all told me the same thing. Oil in the ground is worth US$5/bbl plus a premium for light sweet crude. Based on this WT is worth US$10 NOT including secondary and tertiary oil reserves or any of the gas. Why would anybody sell? The only reason would be because they do not want to own a volatile stock or they don't like the time frames.
I'm in this for the long term as are my clients.
I have gotten a lot out of this forum. More than I ever thought I would and I want to thank you all for that.
I am not here to change anyone's mind nor do I want to because I don't know your situation and this isn't the place to do that.
I have enjoyed the entertainment value of this medium but I have decided to spend my free time better and will no longer post on any web site. I do reserve the right to come back and say hello though.
I will always talk to anyone who wants to get in touch with me. I posted how in an earlier post.
Good luck to you all and take care.
Best wishes and warm regards,
Bruce
