You've never proved anything you said about Ebling. I am basing what I say on results since Stamm has been going it alone compared to the direction of the company before Ebling left. I am not in some diabolical scheme with Ebeling. I have only received a few e-mails which I weigh by what I know and see. I don't take anyones word as gospel. The results to date speak for themselves. Paul E. was open and moving the company in a better direction than Stamm is now. You attacked Ebling out of motives of revenge, not by looking at the facts about NAMX alone. Stamm has crawled under a rock and taken the company with him. Stamm has destroyed the stock, causing a 97% drop after Ebling left. Stamm has apparently gotten nothing done including, no financing, no new drilling in Nebraska, no movement in Colorodo, walked away from efforts to become a reporting company, refuses to inform investors, keeps the PR in the dark also, does not obey the laws of incorporation of the company. Is that enough? I think it plenty of proof as to the quality of Stamm's leadership. We don't need him if all we will ever have is Nebraska. Any competent oil & gas man can keep that operation going. The problem now is we don't know if Hoefle Oil is getting too much for managing the wells (it's rumored they are receiving 40% now) or if an officer of NAMX has an undisclosed interest in Hoefle Oil and therefore a reason to over pay them. Also it is rumored that Hoefle can take over the entire field if NAMX fails to resume drilling operations as agreed. We cannot confirm or deny this because we don't have access to ANY information about the company and it's dealings. If an officer does have an undisclosed interest in Hoefle and the Nebraska Operation goes to them by default it will not hurt that officer, it will just make our shares be in an empty shell. I mean mine since you have never owned any. If this is not true then the company should come forward with an outright denial and full financial disclosure. But that will never happen.
