Mr. Hogger,
Not being one of the S.I. coffehouse sect, or the usual gang of overcompensatory, quasi-intellectual bashers making cerebral fodder for their hype-machine, it did my heart good to see "JJ" leaving Ms. Shell & Mr. Mitchell hanging out to dry, at the same time, leaving for prosperity & the public record, for all to see... that there was no arbitration hearing or judgement.
Now comes the rantings of the of 'intellectuals', they will contort any failure into a success via analogy, sarcasm, metaphor or outright denial. Simply, there was NO ARBITRATION HEARING, NO HEARING, yet...here comes the damage control. Actually Mr. Hogger, you and I are bloody fools! Don't you see man?, "JJ's" silence is a 'positive'! How is that? Well, we must await Ms. Shell's sardonic wit, Mr. Mitchell's blatent denial, and Mr. Jhild's redundant change of subject, but, soon enough, we will be informed why "JJ" posting there was NO ARBITRATION HEARING or JUDGEMENT and refusing to concur with Mr. Mitchell's and Ms. Shell's proclaimations is a 'good thing'! Ha!
