Does the ICMT acquisition assuage some of your concerns re: QWST? Yes Mark, I think it's a very good step in the right direction. ICMT provides much more with regard to the IP knowledge they needed than those 15 disgruntled Sprint people or LCI. Combined with LCI's strong operations, customer service, sales channels, and the new Qwest National Accts team for IP this is all starting to look quite strategic. Now, if they can figure out how to integrate it all... Phil
