Virgil - Have you or anyone else seen their 10Q yet? Tomorrow should be the deadline. Amazing that a public company will keep shareholders hanging for 75 days while their stock goes in the dumper. Now, today they confuse the issue more by finally going ahead with the name change and symbol change (XMIT). If you see anything please post it. I will do the same. My feeling is the news won't be good. Peter
