This from street.com dated Sept. 14 5:57pm Dell's board has authorized another 80 million shares to be repurchased on top of the 170 million already cleared for this year. Fund managers who stayed through the conference were happy to hear that Dell is staying its course. Dell's stock was up 2 3/8 to 59 13/16 in the wake of the announcement.
