And dont say it is due to economic improvements made in prior administrations because AG has said on more than a few occasions that it is automation and technology that have contributed to the superb productivity of the US workforce and much of the technology that has enabled this wasnt even invented during the time of prior administrations! Indeed, and what has Clinton contributed to Intel Corp., et al, besides stand by while the Big Govt meddlers attack Intel and Microsoft? Answer: nothing. Clinton has accomplished nothing except enable people who don't want to work get qualified for SSI payments, with backpay for sometimes ten years worth. That's right, the SSI has cut checks of $10-30 thousand to individuals who had no better excuse for not working than they were "stressed out due to lack of money".
Other than that, which is really just a money issue that is not that big of a deal, Clinton has single-handedly contributed more to the degradation of high achieving ideals than anyone. Him and his "Goals2000" Dept of Educrats who accomplished nothing except made kids happy because their teachers no longer make them learn how to spell properly.
